Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Mad Artist Studios. Each product we create is handcrafted and made to order with careful attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our work, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Mad Artist Studios are custom-made or made-to-order. As such, all sales are final once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Design-specific or client-approved pieces

  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, personalization, measurements, and shipping information prior to submitting their order.

Shipping Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

To file a damage claim, please email us at GetMadArt@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photographs of the damaged product

  3. Photographs of the packaging (including exterior box and internal packaging materials)

  4. A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent processing of a claim.

Upon verification of shipping damage, Mad Artist Studios will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item (if applicable),

  • Replace the item, or

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier and issue a resolution accordingly.

Refunds for shipping damage, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment.

Case-by-Case Resolution

We value our customers and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly.

While we do not guarantee refunds outside of verified shipping damage, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and make reasonable efforts to provide a fair and appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Approval of cancellation requests is at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Mad Artist Studios is not responsible for:

  • Minor variations in wood grain, stain color, or natural material characteristics

  • Natural imperfections inherent in reclaimed wood or bourbon barrel materials

  • Wear resulting from improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return any item, please email customer service at getmadart@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  We are not responsible for any items that are lost during the mailing process during your return.  If the item never arrives we will not be able to process your refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
