Bourbon Barrel Glencairn Glass Flight
These unique mini flights are made from authentic oak bourbon barrel staves from a variety of bourbon distilleries across the bluegrass state of Kentucky. The staves are cleaned, sanded smooth and stained a Bourbon Brown color that highlights the natural beauty of the oak. An optional decorative metal accent, made from the original barrel rings, is added to give these rustic flights an authentic look. They are given a clear satin finish to protect the wood and metal and seal the charred bottom. They measure 8.5" L x 3" to 3.5" W x 1" H and have two 1/2" deep round cavities measuring 2". They come with two 6oz crystal Glencairn Whiskey glasses that securely fit in the flight, allowing you to move around freely without fear of them falling out. Soft black felt inserts line the bottom of the cavities to help protect the wood and glass and offer a finished look to these authentic bourbon barrel flights.
